I?m so sorry it's been so long since I?ve posted anything ?

I just wanted you ALL to know that my lack of posting this past year in no way reflects my level of appreciation for all of you. Amidst so much negativity on the Internet, for me to take that out on my fans by not posting messages on a site that has always been SOOO supportive of me is wrong and for that, I truly am sorry.

So let?s see, during the last year, I?ve just been working like a madman and not really having much personal time.

I shot a movie in a small town in South Carolina called "Patriotville" with two very good friends of mine (Emmanuelle Chriqui and Keir O'Donnell - both of whose names I think I just misspelled) and my mortal enemy Rob Cordry (I actually love Rob as well).

It was one of the best experiences making a movie I?ve ever had -four week shoot, the whole crew would hang out and bond in this beautiful but remote part of the country (shout out to all my new friends in Rock Hill, SC - I?m talking to you, Scandals). hopefully we'll get it into Sundance - I think it could be a gem, and I?m allowed to say that cause I?ve made my share of crappy movies (all of which I?m very proud of, by the way - I?d be proud to be in Halloween 15).

Then I went right into a movie that's probably the exact polar opposite of "Patriotville" -another small, independent, character-driven movie called "Die Hard 4". I will say it?s been unlike anything I?ve ever done - running from bad guys, getting shot at, explosions going off around us.

There have been a lot of very surreal moments where I?ll stop and look over and see Bruce Willis as John Maclaine applying fake blood to his arm asking me if i want to try something different in the next take and I just think "WHAT!?!?! I'M IN A CAR WITH BRUCE WILLIS AND I'M REFERRING TO HIM AS JOHN MACLAINE AND WE'RE ABOUT TO GET SHOT AT BY A STUNT BAD GUY WITH A MACHINE GUN WHILE HE'S HANGING OUT OF A HOVERING HELICOPTER!!! THIS IS INSANE" but instead of saying all that, I swallow it and I just say "no, I?m cool - unless there's something else you think i should do"

Bruce has been really cool with me - he's a surprisingly funny and down-to-earth guy and sometimes I watch him do his John Maclaine-action-movie-guy thing and I marvel at how effortless it seems for him. Doing this kind of acting in this kind of movie truly isn't easy. I have a whole new respect for those who do it well, the way Bruce has been doing it for over twenty years.

That being said, there is lots of waiting around for stunts and intricate shots and NOT a lot of acting that doesn't involve cowering or running for your life. It?s hard not to play it too serious, considering the severity of the situations our characters find themselves in.

As for the Mac commercials, I don't know where that report came from that said I wasn't going to do it anymore ? I?m literally setting my alarm right now to wake up for a Mac shoot tomorrow -we're doing some holiday spots now which I think will be pretty funny. They?re easy to do, I love John (the pc guy) and working with him is so effortless and fun that I definitely wouldn't rule out doing some more.

Thats awesome justin i am soo excitied for die hard 4 and those other movies, and i really hope you do more ad's, anyway best of luck with filming. To explain what happen with my friend is really difficult to me, because I don't understand either what happened, what I remember is that this person was very disappointed at me for been your fan, because this person does not like you, so I decided to not insist in this friendship, not all the time you can please everyone there is always someone mad at you for one reason or other, and because my english is so crappy that is my kinda explanation, but don't worry about that, sometimes the best thing to do is to let go, if this person is really my friend will be back.(this was my 5 seconds being poetic of the day... ) the rest of my friends that knows that I am so active in this site.....they laugh their ass off because of it. (by the way thanks for your words, meant lots to me)

It is so great that you enjoy your work, not everyone can said that you know. I am so happy you get to work with Bruce willis, I love his movies. also glad that your living this new experience.

Glad to hear you are shooting one or more new Mac ads tomorrow (maybe today?) Thanks for your reply in this thread about everything that's been going on with you regarding movies and the Mac ads recently. Glad to hear that you and Bruce WIllis seem to be "hitting it off" well. Hopefully you can glean some action movie tips from Bruce. Looking forward to seeing you in Die Hard 4 aka "Live Free or Die Hard" in July 2007. Take care.

Justin, As long as you have "die hard" fans like us..you'll never go away. HaHa I can be funny with words. I have to say I am very proud of your career choices. As a "trying to get our there" actress, I love the fact you haven't chosen the teen movie route like many other male and female actors out there. And it's grounding to see someone not big headed and conceded about thier work.
